Author Bio
Anna started writing
romance as a by-product of insomnia. After a year of late night reading,
she borrowed her son’s laptop after he went to bed each night, and
set about breathing life to her very own characters. After a month of
writing in the middle of the night, she was surprised with a new
laptop of her own to pursue her dreams. With a B.A. in English Literature
and a desire to fill her world with wonderful stories she and
her close friends could not just talk about, but gush over, she shed
her job as mom of three in the late night hours and assumed her alter ego
of dirty girl.

Excerpt
The green in Brady’s eyes seemed to swirl and
gleam inside the cozy brown. A sweet little girl with his eyes would be so
pretty…so, so pretty…and she’d have his wavy brown hair he struggled to tame….
He slid his hand under the ruffled neck of
her cardigan, bringing her chin up, millimeters from his lips. “He’s brilliant.
Our next child will be brilliant, too.”
His lips were so close. So close for a
kiss. For their first real kiss. “Uh, huh.” She was ready and willing and….He
was so sexy when he took control.
His other hand slid down her side and over
her bottom as his powerful thigh moved between her legs. “I love you.” He
pressed his lips against hers.
She whimpered as desire consumed her. She
parted her lips. This was it. Finally, he was going to give her the kiss she’d
always wanted. The kiss that would tell him everything he ever needed to know
about how to control her, take her, make her….
“Aww, how sweet. Not. Get your liplock
someplace else, Jameson. This isn’t a hotel. Not that you ever stay in them.”
Brady’s lips left hers immediately. “Forgot.
Sorry.”
“Yeah,” Henry said. “I’ve got work to do
since the tattoo isn’t going on your back.”
“I wasn’t clear it was for Ava. Sorry,” Brady
said.
“Take the kiddo and go,” Henry said.
“He’s not so fond of me,” she whispered to
Brady.
Brady pressed a chaste kiss to her lips.
“He’s a little harsh, but he’s one of the very best imitation artists in the
world and I trust him to do this right. He won’t deviate from the design unless
it is necessary. You’re safe with him, too. He and his partner are retired Navy
Seals.”
“Okay. I trust you.” If he was really
leaving, she was sure Colin was somewhere close or had one of his team members
outside making sure the building was secure and she was safe inside. He would
never just leave her alone. He never left her with anyone except Colin, and
Colin was like a brother to both of them.
He released her, and glanced over at Henry.
“Be careful with her. Explain everything. And thanks.”
He walked over to the only entrance and exit
she could see, and opened the door. He turned and smiled at her as he pushed
the stroller out the door.
