 I have reviewed a story before by author Grace Risata and once again she has knocked it out of the park with Mowed. The book opens with a story from another “novel”. It threw me at first until I realized that Pepper, her leading lady, was reading. Pepper is a fun-loving, witty woman who has weight issues. Her high school crush, Jason, has moved back home and things get hot. Both have their own demons they are battling but when they get together sparks fly.

 I liked the realism of Pepper and her body issues. I think most of us women do and when for so long you have felt uncomfortable about how you look, especially when naked, its hard at first to be comfortable when you are vulnerable in front of a hot looking man. These two are have real conversations when it comes to sex. And the sex…damn. There is enough info given to let your imagination run wild. 

I read this in two days, does that tell you how much I enjoyed it? This author is two for two with me. Not been disappointed yet and I don’t think you will be either.
